Rochelle and her team at Northrich Automotive are wonderful. Not only did they appropriately quote the damages to my car, but they helped navigate the insurance hurdles that are sometimes so difficult in getting repairs. Rochelle was honest, thorough, and incredibly communicative throughout the process and now my car will be as good as new after an unfortunate incident. I would recommend Rochelle and her team at Northrich Automotive to anyone looking for a quality job done by good people!

I’ve been looking for a family owned repair shop that has a people first attitude. Northrich Automotive answered the call. Brought our vehicle in the morning and was diagnosed and repaired same day just before the holiday. Pricing is fair and you are walked through the process and sign off on the diagnosis so no surprises. I hope I don’t need them much but when I do, or when someone asks Northrich automotive is the place to get your repair work done.

I can't say enough good things about Northrich. Rochelle, Mike, Jeff, and the rest of the team went so far above and beyond to help me out after a botched repair at another shop. They spent so much time not only getting the car diagnosed and repaired but also helping me deal with my insurance and walking me through every step of the process. I will never take my car anywhere else!

Northrich Automotive!!! HIGH QUALITY, TRUSTED WORK. And on top of that, Rochelle and her team helped me through a really stressful used-car buying experience. It was my first time buying a used car and I was stressed, something felt off. I talked with Rochelle and she explained the process and value of a Pre-Purchase Inspection (which the dealership discouraged and ensured me that the vehicle already went through their own 190pt inspection so it would be a waste). I brought the car to Northrich anyway, based off of Rochelle's recommendation, and sure enough, there was oil leaking and metal-to-metal brakes which was pointed out to me. She helped me get out of a bad situation, eased my anxieties, and taught me some valuable things along the way. I ended up buying a different car and will bring it to Northrich Automotive anytime I need anything done!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We've been trusting our car repairs to Northrich since they opened their first location on West Arapaho Road several years ago. We have always found Alex and his staff to be fair, honest and reliable. In a time when finding quality and trustworthy auto repair is difficult, we've never had any issues or problems with Northrich. Our experience has always been great and, based on that, we would recommend them to anyone. Always a good job, guys!
