A big thank you to the staff at Northrich Automotive; Rochelle, Alex and Matthew!! After having a car accident, I took my car in to get repaired. Rochelle went beyond the call of duty and made sure every detail was covered. She also handled all my insurance issues - that's huge! I'm super excited that everything is completed and in great condition! Northrich gave me peace of mind - no hassle and no stress. Gotta love that!! I had to take my car back for new repairs on my BMW. Northrich is so honest! Again, took great care of my repairs!! If you ever need to find automotive repair look no further. I got an estimate for the same repairs from a BMW dealership and Northrich is saving me over $3,000 - They know what they are doing and won't steer you wrong!

They did a great job on my AWD system. They didn’t try to sell me anything I really didn’t need. I left my truck with them to look into some engine noise. I’m sure they will get it figured out. Fair price and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Rochelle!

First introduced here in 2009 when Classic BMW referred me to them as best in DFW for European cars. Many years and many vehicles later my entire family uses Northrich for all our car / truck maintenance and repairs. Bottom line, they are what everyone desperately wants…. A mechanic who’s (1) really knows vehicle repair inside/out, (2) can be trusted to do the work, not cut corners, shoot you straight on what car needs, and (3) charges a fair price with no fear of being gouged or ripped-off

Had a oil change. Exhaust pipe added. Was finished in a timely manner, and easy to talk with everyone about my needs
