A full-service auto shop GEM! Had issues with my car electrical going on the fritz while I was driving it. Scary as heck. Took it into the dealership and they quoted me $1,200 to replace an alternator (that was without the labor fees). I drive a 2015 Nissan. I was recommended to call Northrich Automotive for a second opinion. Rochelle answered the phone and her attentive and reassuring voice said I could bring my car over. She was not able to quote me anything over the phone, but she explained they would do their own diagnostics and want to see the car before handing out quotes. I drove it and left it with them. I knew they wouldn’t be able to get to it all in one afternoon. They called me later that evening and said any codes from the system (if any) had been cleared by the dealership. They noticed corrosion on my battery and charged me a battery cleaning fee. They drove my car and the electrical issues haven’t happened again. I went ahead and had them change my oil. I love small businesses. I love building a trustworthy friendship with businesses that have integrity. I will be back for ALL of my car needs in the future. I am so impressed by this family business!
