WORLD CLASS SERVICE!!! These folks treat their customers like family and practice the ART OF LISTENING... They're welcoming, warm, respectful, courteous, efficient, TRUSTWORTHY and my "GO TO" for all of my household automotive needs. When my relatives were visiting from out-of-town and their car broke down, Northrich Automotive worked them in (understanding they were under a deadline to get home to Kansas and be back at work) and had them on the road home in a FLASH!
