I was out of town staying at a hotel came out to my car and had a flat tire, I ran over a nail, I found Northrich Auto closest to my location, they got me right in and Chris fixed my tire. They were very helpful. Thank You Rochelle.

Auto repair can be intimidating especially when you don’t know what the hell is going on with your car. The staff here is knowledgeable and beyond friendly and they go above and beyond to offer excellent service while putting your auto worries to rest. They were able to identify some issues I had been having for a while now and were quick about the turnaround time. 10/10 would recommend and will be back with any future repairs & tune-ups.

Very reasonable price to fix a damaged bumper and door. Very happy with the job done, the paint was blended perfectly and there is no visible sign of the damage.

Very friendly and knowledgeable; do not hesitate to take your vehicle there, they will not try to "up sell", scam you, or push a service on you that you do not need. If you'd like like peace of mind then taking your vehicle here is a great start.

I've been doing business with Northrich Automotive for several years now and I plan to keep going back whenever any of my family's vehicles needs maintenance or a repair that I can't or don't want to do myself. They do excellent work, commnicate well, and they have never over-charged me for parts or labor. Keep up the good work!

This review is long overdue but I came in for a weird sound coming from the engine of my car, within 5 minutes of showing what the sound was, Matthew saw an unplugged hose and fixed it right then and there, free of charge. Of course, it was just an unplugged line but it still showed care and character that they didn't try to upcharge and upsell an issue that wasn't there. I also got my spark plugs replaced and will be going back to replace my engine mounts and valve cover gasket because they are trustworthy and understanding. With car repairs being so expensive in general, they were understanding of me waiting and taking time before coming back to finish all my repairs, although their pricing is very reasonable and fair for the good quality work they do. The owners are also very kind and personable, great to have a conversation with even not car-related. Especially when their adorable dogs come to visit, amazing babies. Highly recommend!
