Someone hit my car without leaving a note. I brought it into NCC, they got the door fixed in two days and Bobby kept me up to do throughout the process great service and a great result. Definitely recommend.

The best auto shop in DFW! Very honest, kind and professional people, who are great at what they do! Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I have been taking my car to Northrich Auto for several years. Every time I have received nothing but the most professional service anyone could ask for. Dealt with Mike, front office, explained the problem I was having. Had to keep my car over night to complete the repairs. sure enough the next day things were ready to go. Had to bring it back for an adjustment but that was it. I have a few more items for Northrich to do to my car and have no qualms about having them complete the work. The work they do is very professional, the pricing is reasonable and Mike explains what is being done and why. After the work was completed, Mike contacted me asking how everything was going and how my car was running. Excellent staff. To bad I can only give them 5 stars, they deserve way more than 5.

The staff was knowledgeable and forthright about what the cost of parts and labor would be and the timeframe necessary to complete the job. I was relieved by the transparency and felt in the know the entire time. The quality of the repairs were as such that you can’t even tell work was done on the car. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of repairs.

Northrich gave me a much better price for the same repairs that two different shops told me I needed to have done, and didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. High quality work, quickly done, and very knowledgeable staff! They’re my new repair shop!
