Honest people to do business with. My repair costs were lower than the estimate because they did not have to replace a part. The part in question was under the dashboard so they could have easily told me that a new part was needed and charged me but they did not.

Had them service and check my vehicle over. They found the source of a smell I was noticing (burning smell) and quickly replaced the valve cover gaskets along with other things while in there to save me money. Second time using them I love this shop. They even paid for a Lyft for me to get there to pick it up. Highly recommended!

This is a great company, honest and worked quickly to diagnose my vehicle issues. I took my car to 3 different mechanics unfortunately before bringing it to Northrich, all failed to diagnose and fix the issue. Northrich diagnosed the problem and fixed it by the next morning, I dropped my car off at closing time the day before. Go with this company for anything you need done to your vehicles!!
