This is a great company, honest and worked quickly to diagnose my vehicle issues. I took my car to 3 different mechanics unfortunately before bringing it to Northrich, all failed to diagnose and fix the issue. Northrich diagnosed the problem and fixed it by the next morning, I dropped my car off at closing time the day before. Go with this company for anything you need done to your vehicles!!

I took a 2007 Lexus to Northritch Automotive for some routine TLC and I gotta say, these guys know what they're doing. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. If you need some work done on your wheels, I definitely recommend them.

Our family has trusted Northrich Automotive for close to 25 years and would never think of going anywhere else. Customer service is great...Rochelle gets 5 stars herself! They explain what needs to be done, what can wait, and why. Prices are fair...but it is the Trust in the company that far outways the price. That goes soooo far in this day and age. Highly recommend!

Ok, so this is long overdue but I need to leave some comments on Northrich Automotive. I want to say that Trust is everything thing to me and I have that with Northrich, the team here is awesome and customer care is amazing !!! I have been Servicing my vehicles with Northrich for a few years now and recommend to my friends who also use this shop, and they feel the same way, good pricing, great communication, quality work and awesome customer care, what else can you ask for !!! Rochelle, Alex & Jeff are the Best and It s nice to know I have them in my corner when it comes to trust for a great mechanic shop !!! Highly Recommend
