Today I've had the most unusual and pleasant experience when it comes to auto repairs. I came in to the NorthRich Automotive shop today asking to have a break and rotors replaced on my Honda Pilot due to minimum pad lining. I was advised to do that by another mechanic at a different shop whom I did not really trust. I received a call from NorthRich one hour later explaining that my breaks are still at half-life and replacement is not needed for at least another year. The only thing I needed to do to keep my car in good shape was to have an oil change. I was extremely impressed by the integrity and work ethic of the staff at NorthRich who just turned down a $1000 job which was unnecessary to the customer. Very a few businesses in this line work would do the same. I have had many repairs done at NorthRich for several vehicles over the last twenty years and the quality of workmanship is always outstanding. They always communicate various repair options, provide their estimates, and keep one updated on the status of repairs. You can always bet on getting an HONEST advice on your car repair at NorthRich Automotive. Definitely recommend NorthRich Automotive for all your car care needs. Thank you for the great service!

Iv been to this place twice so far and both times my experience was amazing. I moved to Texas back in august and I am so grateful this was the first place I found when I needed my car repaired in September. I wrecked my car very stupidly the first day I got it back and needed it repaired asap so I could work. They got my car in the very next day and they told me exactly what needed to be done and sent me a list that broke down the whole cost. My dad is a huge car guy and helped me figure out if it was a legitimate price instead of overpriced and he called around to make sure I was getting what I needed. Needless to say I had them repair everything and my car drove like brand new. Once again I needed a repair last week. I took my car in to get checked after I heard some very sketchy noises coming from my tires and within the same day they diagnosed the problem, sent me a list of prices and I got my car back the very next morning. They’re always so welcoming when I go in and I never felt judged or haggled, it’s also a huge plus that one of the shop owners is a women because I felt like I could trust her opinions ( no offense to any guys, iv just had experience with men trying to take advantage of the fact that I don’t know much) I almost never leave reviews cause I don’t care too much to take the time to write one but they definitely deserve a review from me and I will be going to them for help from now on since I don’t have my dad nearby anymore 😂

I want to say big thank you to all staff and owners for fixing our vehicle. We have very busy schedule and logistics becomes a nightmare with a broken vehicle. The shop did beyond expectations: great communication, clear estimate process and fast dealing with task with possible complications. We have 2 vehicles in family and definitely continue to use Northrich Automative. Thank you!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I've had these guys do work on a few of my European cars and I'm always impressed with the breadth of knowledge about each model. It's not a budget shop, but still way cheaper than a dealership. I highly recommend this place for anything you wouldn't trust an 18 year old with a fresh certification putting in his hours at a franchise shop to do.

They were able to work me in the same day, get the truck latch mechanism ordered and get the car back to me that SAME day. And they replaced the trunk lamp that had burned out as well at no charge. Amazing. Speedy, efficient and friendly service. Thanks!!

I had my 2003 GMC Envoy serviced at Northrich a couple of weeks ago. Jeff consulted with me on options to remedy my trucks issue and I opted for the comprehensive solution of replacing all of my ignition coils rather than the one that came up in the diagnostics. My truck has been running like new since the repair. Ray R.
