The employees here are amazing. I was concerned about finding an auto shop that I could trust in a huge city and after my experience with them I will never go anywhere else. Rochelle in the front office was so communicative with me the whole time they had my car and kept me up to date when there was new information without me having to reach out. She fought for me as her customer when it came to the parts company and my warranty company and ensured I was completely taken care of properly. Once the part came in I had my car back within a day and the tech provided a very thorough report that was easy to understand. Truly an amazing auto shop and family business with genuine people working for them.

Many friends and colleagues have recommended this family owned business for anything from routine service to major repairs. So when my air conditioning went out, I knew just who to call. Rochelle and Alex’s team had me back in cool comfort in no time!

Spoke with owner who agreed to work my BMW in to change out a failing battery . I was leaving for a trip to Colorado the next day. All went well, cost was well under BMW dealership and service was courteous and friendly. I have used this shop for other cars and it will now become my primary group for servicing both my BMW and Infiniti.
