The technician took the car for a test drive and diagnosed the problem quickly. They ordered and received the tires in the same day, and fit me into their schedule without any delays. They checked on me while I was there as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I will definitely return to Northrich Automotive!

Excellent service above and beyond! We were extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism in getting our 2007 Ford Edge driver's side door fixed. It is our son's first vehicle as a new driver so we wanted it to look nice for him.
