First a little background. I have lived in Richardson 60 years. I am a creature of habit. And I develop Sales Professionals. I had used my previous mechanic for many, many years. After they moved I needed a shop that was closer and hopefully as effective. I found this and more in Northrich Automotive. Everyone from owners down are freindly, honest and effective. The point of contact, Mathew, is thorough and trustworthy. This also is not a snall shop. There are at least 8 bays so most times they can get you out in 1 day. I highly recommend Northrich Automotive.

A business you can trust, Northrich Automotive is the place to take your four wheel baby to have it maintained and fixed top to bottom. The staff is quick in replying to the customer's needs and they're online and on the phone continuously looking for the best deal and the best parts. I've been in their office and shop on multiple occasions and seen them work directly, book with confidence!

I was new to the area and I had a huge oil spill under my miata. Being far from home I turned to Google to find a reputable mechanic near me. These guys are it. Matt took care of me and my car. Got me in and out quick. These guys tell it like it is and are more than fair on their prices. They will get a car, diagnose it, talk you through the whole process, take pictures, and get you out as quick as possible. I know my car is going to be treated how I would treat it when I leave it in Northrich's care.

Had my oil change and tires replaced here for the first time. The front desk gave excellent customer service, along with Mathew giving me advice on how to save some money on my brakes. I will be back!

I dropped my Jeep off on Wednesday night to get my A/C fixed and they contacted me first thing on Thursday and kept me informed the entire process. Great working with them and they are my new car mechanics for any issues with my Jeep! Give them a try! Five stars all day!

Northrich Automotive has always provided the best customer service. I feel they are honest and are not trying to make problems out of nothing. I appreciated the quick and honest service I have received from them on both repairs I've had done there.
