As with pretty much every other review here, I can't say enough good things about Northrich. The owner, Rochelle, and her team (shoutout Ryan!) are so kind are personable, I feel like I'm going to see friends anytime I have work to get done. They have very high integrity and are trying to build their business based on referrals, and their mission is to help their customers find peace of mind around car maintenance, which can be a huge source of stress. To do this, they understand they need to take their time, do the work right, and employ the best people. Perhaps you could find cheaper prices, and I think we all have that infamous uncle who can "do it for cheaper" - but personally, I would gladly pay a small % more for the peace of mind that it will be done right the first time.
