I had leaking on my garage floor. Northrich Automotive was highly recommended by a neighbor, so I took the car there for evaluation. The folks there took an extraordinary amount of their time to thoroughly inspect every detail of the engine and transmission. Since my car had over 100,000 miles, they discovered several issues that threatened to make my car undriveable in the near future. Even with the UAW strikers making it hard to get parts, they found a way to get the parts needed to fix my car. In another 24 hours--and for a fair price--my car was ready to go back on the road again. On top of the great job they did, they are really nice folks. Nice folks, good repair work, reasonable cost...what more could a person ask?

I took my vehicle here for service on my front end. Not sure if it was my tires or wheel bearings, but after having a discussion with this shop about my issues, and past work I had done on my car, They reviewed the worked and recommended that I take my car back to the place that did previous works a few months ago. Turns Out I had a warranty on the work done and it was still valid, and I didn't realize it. I didn't have to pay any money for repairs after I took it back to previous shop. They saved me a big repair bill! Thanks a lot!

Rochelle and her team did it again! I was almost in tears when my car started going haywire and I had to get it towed. As soon as I called Northrich Automotive…my stresses disappeared. They were so quick to get it fixed and updated me every step of the way. One of the best things about Northrich is the peace of mind that comes with knowing your car is in good hands. The best!!!
