We have taken several of our cars to Northrich Automotive for service. I look for honesty and integrity in automotive service, and Northrich consistently delivers. They only recommend services that are needed, and they do their research specific to the car make and model. They stay in contact with you and work with you to ensure you are happy with their service. I highly recommend Northrich Automotive.

I went to Northrich Automotive after first getting an estimate from a shop we had used several times before. Apparently the old shop had changed and not for the good. I had backed into something and creased the trunk and bumper. The other place wanted to replace them all and the bid was high. Instead, the craftsmen at Northrich manipulated the creased parts and buffed them out — cannot tell what I did to it. The price was way less than the other bid AND they did it in one day. Definitely give them a chance.

Very professional and courteous service, dropped it off in the morning and they were done by end of day. This will be my main repair/maintenance shop!

I had my engine go out on my g37. I had it replaced and it has been six months now, my car is running better and faster than ever!! Thanks for the amazing work!! Expect me to come back soon for the check up and any tune ups I need in the future!!!

I have recently had my engine replaced by a dealership and the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and they could not see me until the following Wednesday. I brought my truck to Rachel to see what was going on. She checked it out, told me the code and didn't charge me a thing since she felt like it was a dealership problem. No games, very trustworthy and honest!
