They were very informative and transparent with the work that I requested and the work they recommend. I received a detailed quote online listing every action, part, and price and I was able to verify or deny each action individually. They worked around my schedule, setting up an appointment where they were most likely able to complete the job the same day.

Someone recommended to me Northrich Auto. Even though they were far I was willing to give them a chance because of the number of high reviews. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Not once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me by trying to sell me on things they “think” my car needs fixed. I will definitely return to when I need work done on my car.
