Great service

Northrich Automotive is the place to go if you want a reliable, honest, and top-notch customer service. We have worked with them in the past and they consistently go above and beyond to provide an accurate diagnosis, keep repair costs low, and don't recommend unnecessary repairs. On this most recent occasion, we had a check engine light that would not go off and we could not pass state emissions testing. Matthew got right to the root cause of the problem. He did not recommend any unnecessary repairs. He and his team explained the issue to us in a way that was easily understandable. He resolved the issue and had us back on the road in no time! We highly recommend Northrich Automotive.

Went in for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car. Their inspection was very thorough and identified a few items to keep an eye on in the future. They were also forthright about the severity of the issues found and what to expect when the time comes to repair them. Worth every penny!

This was my first time using Northrich Automotive and they exceeded my expectations! My Nissan Altima broke down on my way to work, and they were able to dispatch a tow truck very quickly. Matthew called me regularly with updates on the diagnosis and status of repairs. When I made a comment about rental cars being unavailable in the area, he offered me a loaner vehicle at no charge. This made my life so much easier. The repair charges were very reasonable and everything was explained to me honestly and clearly. The repairs were completed much quicker than I expected. Matthew and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family and will use them exclusively going forward. I can’t say enough positive things about Northrich Automotive. They have saved me so much money by by only doing “smart” repairs. Most places only fix the apparent problems. They actually get to the root of what is causing the problem. My MIL kept going through car batteries every 6 months. They found the electrical issue that was causing the batteries to wear out prematurely despite several other shops only wanting to replace the battery. I have repeatedly had similar experiences with oil change shops misdiagnosising and recommending repairs that weren’t needed. All of this and you couldn’t ask for nicer people. I have referred all of my family and friends to them. Everyone reports having the same glowing experience. They keep my 16 year old car running more reliable than most of my friends newer vehicles.

Northrich has taken care of several repairs for us over the past couple of years, and most recently saved us from wasting almost $800 on repairs that the oil change place said we needed, but Northrich determined we actually don’t. Plus, they made sure to check it for us on short notice to make sure we were safe to set out on a 13 hour drive, which gave us huge peace of mind! Lesson learned - sometimes the convenient oil change place isn’t such a convenience!

My wife and I were midway on a three month driving trip in our 2012 Mercedes 3500 Diesel camper van when a major engine repair became necessary. The area Mercedes dealerships were busy for weeks into the future. The team at Northrich Automotice immediately addressed my problem so that we only lost one day in an amazingly competent and professional manner. Also, they loaned at no cost to us a company car and assisted us in finding an excellent restaurant for dinner and a hotel in with to stay.
