Excellent service above and beyond! We were extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism in getting our 2007 Ford Edge driver's side door fixed. It is our son's first vehicle as a new driver so we wanted it to look nice for him. Rochelle, Matthew and Alex are fantastic to work with and really helped us save money on a vehicle we needed to keep. Highly recommend this great business with honest and great people! We will for sure be customers for life!!!

Took my 2012 Infiniti M37 to get the front rotors changed and brake pads replaced and Rochelle took great care of me. Excellent service, very reasonable price and will be coming back to do the rears. Plus their family owned!

This auto shop exceeded my expectations. I had initially went to another shop to get a tuneup and was given a quote for over $300 to change 4 spark plugs. I decided to leave and call around to some other places. I called Northrich and they said they could get me in right away. They gave me a quote of about a third of what the last shop had quoted me. The best part is the customer service was beyond 5 stars. Matthew was extremely kind, professional, and informative. He kept me updated while I was there and didn’t try to oversell. He also showed me the parts they replaced and answered all my questions. Also Rochelle came out to greet me and see if I needed anything. She was very courteous and made sure the service went smoothly while I was there. After they finished I paid less than $150, a reasonably low price for the quality of work. I was relieved when I got in my car and it drove like new. It’s been almost 2 weeks and my vehicle is still driving smooth; it isn’t loosing power anymore and is accelerating without issues. I’m grateful they did my tuneup- I ended up saving a couple hundred dollars and received wonderful service.y

I had my catalytic converter stolen out of my car about a month ago. Northrich was quick to get me in to see what the problem was when my car was making a lot of noise, and quickly let me know when they had found the problem. The staff was great from the beginning... whether it was Matthew handling the phone and keeping me in the loop since the part was backordered due to COVID supply problems, or Rochelle being kind enough to shuttle me back and forth when the initial inspection was being done prior to being issued a loaner vehicle, the team was great. Once the insurance claim was processed, they took care of the rest and made sure I didn't have to talk to the insurance company any further. Would recommend you use this place!

I brought my 2015 Ford Mustang GT here for its 30,000 mile service. I love my car dearly and it was hard to find someone I could trust with my car but they did a great job. Drove it back on the highway and it felt amazing. Highly recommend

If you’re looking for your go-to automotive shop. This is it. They saved me over $2500 after another shop tried to tell me that my struts were shot and my bearings had enough movement to recommend replacing. Brought my truck to them same day and they confirmed my suspicions of the other shop, replaced my tires and saved me so much money.
