I have been taking my car here for a long time and it is because I know they are not going to abuse the situation and try to make a buck off me. My clutch went out after about 30k miles and they said it should have lasted for about 80k. Todd called and even got clutch master to help us out and give a 50% manufacturer discount on the part, which he clearly didn't have to do. The one thing I wish they would change is their contacting of customers of progress and what else might need to be done or not be done on the car. You could leave your car there and then get a call 2 days later to come pick it up. No updates, no progress or anything, even if you call them and they say they will call you back in 30 min. They won't. So you definitely have to be willing to pester them.

Awesome work...Tony in front really knows what he is talking about...definitely our go-to for all of our fleet vehicles as well as personal.

I was taking my vehicles for repairs to Northrich Automotive for over 5 years now. Always a great service from Alex, Todd and Tony and anyone who works there. These folks are always honest with me about what has to be done and what can wait (repair wise of course). No surprises upon paying for services as well. Anytime something extra was needed to be done to my car, someone would contact me and let me know about it!

My dad and I have been taking our Pontiac Grand Prix to Northrich for at least 10 years...maybe longer. When I graduated high school I moved to West Texas and whenever I have a problem, I call up Tony or Todd and they tell me to bring it in the next time I come home to visit my dad. They always give me a reasonable time period that it will take. Most of the time they can do it in one day. Whether it is a radiator leak, an conditioning problem, tires, gas gauge not reading correctly, wheel bearings, pulleys, belt problems... etc. I recently had an emergency in West Texas and had to take my car to a dealership and they have completely ripped me off $2,500 later, so I call up Todd and he helps me deal with the dealership. I do not believe my dad or I have ever been ripped off, they are always willing to get us in and not haggle us. I give them two thumbs up, and it is wonderful to walk in the shop and have them ask how my personal life is going because I have known them for so long!

I have done business with Todd and Alex for over 15 years, and I have referred several friends to their business, I have not had anyone come away dissatisfied, and in fact, they have been just the opposite. Its hard to find auto mechanics you can really trust so once you do find one, you stick with them. They have always taken good care of me, and the one time I did have an issue with a repair, they fixed the problem at their own cost and had the car back to me in 24 hours. it was actually a faulty part they had ordered, not a mechanical mistake. They know their business and can service any make or model. When you refer friends and family to a repair shop, you trust that shop...I trust these guys and have for years. I will continue to use them and refer them to all who ask.

This is the first automotive shop I have ever had satisfaction to my standards! FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, reasonable prices, and they are honest.
