I have a family with 5 vechicles, anytime we have any need for mechanical work we always bring them to Northrich Automotive. They are honest, fair priced, and do exceptional work. My son took his car to another auto shop and was quoted over 1000$ worth of work. I told him that we should take it to Northrich for a second opinion. They let us know that the other place was simply trying to take advantage of people that don't know cars, and all that was wrong was he was low on break fluid. If you are looking for somewhere that will shoot you straight and stand by their work, look no further.

Good the place you can trust to fix your car

My dad and I have been taking our Pontiac Grand Prix to Northrich for at least 10 years…maybe longer. When I graduated high school I moved to West Texas and whenever I have a problem, I call up Tony or Todd and they tell me to bring it in the next time I come home to visit my dad. They always give me a reasonable time period that it will take. Most of the time they can do it in one day. Whether it is a radiator leak, an conditioning problem, tires, gas gauge not reading correctly, wheel bearings, pulleys, belt problems… etc. I recently had an emergency in West Texas and had to take my car to a dealership and they have completely ripped me off $2500 later, so I call up Todd and he helps me deal with the dealership. I do not believe my dad or I have ever been ripped off, they are always willing to get us in and not haggle us. I give them two thumbs up, and it is wonderful to walk in the shop and have them ask how my personal life is going because I have known them for so long!
