I have been taking cars to Northrich for a very long time, since 90’s. Have always trusted them with their suggestions on taking care of my and my families cars. I had multiple cars reach well over 200K miles with their help. I suggest to all friends to go to them when the occasion arises. They are very busy, they went from one mechanic to about 6. Mistakes bound to happen, WE ARE HUMAN so are the mechanics. I have never come across a person that never makes mistakes, but very few try hard to fix them. Alex, Todd and staff do their best to help their customers.

There were a couple of minor issues a time or two, but Owner Alex and Manager Todd have always done me right. I trust them more than any other car place I’ve ever dealt with, and there have been many over the years.

We took in a truck we were thinking of buying. The estimate was $90 but right after they started they saw huge problems and stopped the inspection. They told us that we didn’t want this truck and only charged us $45!! Thanks so much for saving us money all the way around!

It's not fun taking your car to the shop, but Tony and the gang always take care of what is needed. I have never been lowballed there, sometimes take a little extra time to get the job done, but it's done right and for the price we agreed to...thanks!

I have been taking my car here for a long time and it is because I know they are not going to abuse the situation and try to make a buck off me. My clutch went out after about 30k miles and they said it should have lasted for about 80k. Todd called and even got clutch master to help us out and give a 50% manufacturer discount on the part, which he clearly didn't have to do. The one thing I wish they would change is their contacting of customers of progress and what else might need to be done or not be done on the car. You could leave your car there and then get a call 2 days later to come pick it up. No updates, no progress or anything, even if you call them and they say they will call you back in 30 min. They won't. So you definitely have to be willing to pester them.

Awesome work...Tony in front really knows what he is talking about...definitely our go-to for all of our fleet vehicles as well as personal.

I was taking my vehicles for repairs to Northrich Automotive for over 5 years now. Always a great service from Alex, Todd and Tony and anyone who works there. These folks are always honest with me about what has to be done and what can wait (repair wise of course). No surprises upon paying for services as well. Anytime something extra was needed to be done to my car, someone would contact me and let me know about it!
