I dropped my Jeep off on Wednesday night to get my A/C fixed and they contacted me first thing on Thursday and kept me informed during the entire process. Great working with them and they are my new car mechanics for any issues with my Jeep! Give them a try! Five stars all day!

I had replaced the passenger side wheel hub on my 2013 Jetta about 5 months ago. I began having a humming noise coming from what seemed like driver side wheel hub about a month ago so I replaced it thinking that would resolve issue, it did not. I called and Matthew set up appt for following day. I took in for diagnosis and within hours Matthew told me it was the passenger side wheel hub I had replaced months before. I gave them the go ahead, he ordered part and had my car running the next day. Rochelle even dropped me off at UTD before class one day and picked me up the next. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

This place is great! Rochelle and her team are fast and friendly. They took the time to explain everything to me and told me what needed correcting and what didn’t. I feel like I really got the personal touch and will be recommending this place to everyone!

Easy getting in an out of, I was never waiting more than a few minutes before they started servicing my car. They never tried to pressure me into doing more than necessary. Would definitely go back!

10/10 suggest you go to Northrich Automotive!! Amazing customer service. Didn’t feel like I was getting played or over charged like you usually do at a auto shop! Definitely will be back if I have any issues with any cars!

I would recommend this shop to anyone. The staff was helpful and more than accommodating to my needs. I put a lot of miles on my truck so it’s great to have a place where I can take it to keep it running at peak performance!
