Brought my gf's Audi A5 to fix after her accident. We got the car back in a timely manner with no issues. Would go back and highly recommend.

I took my car here for repair after a small collision and the experience was really good. I left the car in the shop for 2 weeks as i was out of town. After I got back they gave me the car and it was like new, I mean, the parts were all new and looks like part of the car was new. There's no way to tell it was repaired, at least not for me, they did a high quality job.I haven't had any problem with the repairs. I definitely recommend this Northrich Collision, process was smooth and they always kept me informed, never had to call them for an update.

10/10 suggest you go to Northrich Automotive!! Amazing customer service. Didn’t feel like I was getting played or over charged like you usually do at a auto shop! Definitely will be back if I have any issues with any cars!

Nice new state of the art collision center in Richardson. I’ve checked them out for some dent repair/paint touch up I’m looking to get done. Prices are very reasonable, and was able to get in and out in under an hour. Great experience, and will be taking my vehicle there for repair!

I took our daughter’s 2002 GMC pickup truck in for an oil change, brake fluid flush, and to fix a stuck tailgate. I also requested a courtesy inspection because my daughter was taking the truck back to college. They found a couple of fluid leaks, which I chose to fix now. Rochelle, Managing Partner, offered to drive me home and pick me up when the truck would be ready. I have been using Northrich Automotive for over 2 years to take care of the 16-year-old truck. They have always been courteous and honest and my experience is that they are very professional. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust. If you need your car serviced, you should give them a try.

I have been to Northrich Automotive many times, and I have only gotten the absolute best service. The staff is always so friendly and honest! I even stopped by once to have the guys look at something, and Matthew was honest about the part (it was fine, didnt need to be replaced) and didn't even charge me. I feel like an any other place would have done work just to charge me. I also go to Northrich for oil changes, because they charge half the prices as the chain oil change places. I would recommend Northrich Automotive to anyone!!

Couldnt be happier with the service and quality of Northrich Collision. I've brought multiple vehicles here and each and everytime the job is done properly and on time. The most recent time was my Toyota 4Runner, which was sideswiped causing extensive damage. They were able to turn the car around in less than a week, worked with my insurance, and helped me obtain a rental vehicle. Highly recommended.
