Had an issue with my wheel bearing. They had me in and out in 24 hours. Very nice group of people, price was reasonable, will definitely work with them again if I have any other problems.

Finally got my truck all paid off and of course it started making weird noises and acting old. I've had two experiences with Northrich for a laundry list of repairs and maintenance items. Both times I was very happy with their communication and quick service, how they explained my options, their frank evaluation of whether my truck was worth the repair expense, and the quality of work. Mathew, Alex, and Rochelle, *(and the technician who I never got to meet) all exceeded my expectations and treated me like a family friend. I HIGHLY recommend Northrich as a go-to spot for mechanical, cosmetic, and maintenance work. They give full and straight information, solid estimate, and can talk about your car's future when you need to know if spending money is the right thing to do. OH - They're EASY to get to right off Arapaho - and only about a mile from an Enterprise rental site that will pick you up and drop you off if you need a car while yours is in the shop!

They quickly fixed my car when I stranded in the middle of not-as-big-as-Houston village of Dallas! Friendly owners and team, fast and reliable service, free wi-fi and drinks, what else could a poor traveller dream of? My level of trust is great with these guys!

After my car suddenly started to die while driving, I knew I needed to take it to a shop I could trust and who would be willing to figure out the problem. Matthew did just that while continuously checking in with me and keeping me informed throughout the entire process.
