This review is long overdue but I came in for a weird sound coming from the engine of my car, within 5 minutes of showing what the sound was, Matthew saw an unplugged hose and fixed it right then and there, free of charge. Of course, it was just an unplugged line but it still showed care and character that they didn't try to upcharge and upsell an issue that wasn't there. I also got my spark plugs replaced and will be going back to replace my engine mounts and valve cover gasket because they are trustworthy and understanding. With car repairs being so expensive in general, they were understanding of me waiting and taking time before coming back to finish all my repairs, although their pricing is very reasonable and fair for the good quality work they do. The owners are also very kind and personable, great to have a conversation with even not car-related. Especially when their adorable dogs come to visit, amazing babies. Highly recommend!

I needed some welding done on my Honda Ridgeline, and Northrich Automotive did just the trick. They did a great job and were also friendly to my budget! Rachelle (receptionist) was friendly, very professional, and accommodating. Matthew gave me a quote up front, and explained all the possibilities without attempting to oversell his services. The technician took the car for a test drive and diagnosed the problem quickly. They ordered and received the tires in the same day, and fit me into their schedule without any delays. They checked on me while I was there as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I will definitely return to Northrich Automotive!
