Every single woman needs an amazing hair stylist, reliable handyman, and a trusted auto shop. When my son’s car completely died on Christmas Day, Rochelle and her team were there for us. Rocky and Alex kept us updated throughout the entire process, and there were no surprises along the way. We are so grateful for the work done to get my son safely back on the road. WORLD CLASS SERVICE!!! These folks treat their customers like family and practice the ART OF LISTENING... They're welcoming, warm, respectful, courteous, efficient, TRUSTWORTHY and my "GO TO" for all of my household automotive needs. When my relatives were visiting from out-of-town and their car broke down, Northrich Automotive worked them in (understanding they were under a deadline to get home to Kansas and be back at work) and had them on the road home in a FLASH! There were no "additional" charges. Just good old neighborly Southern hospitality demonstrating a pleasant determination to help. THANK YOU, NORTHRICH AUTOMOTIVE!!!

Brought my car in, in morning, for oil change, state inspection, broken glove compartment door. They completed all, on time, great value, very service oriented ! Fixed the glove compartment door no charge! Great experience!

Friendly and accommodating as always; I made an appointment that was met in a timely manner; the inspection was done while I waited in a clean, pleasant waiting room. I especially liked the idea of collecting coats which shows a concern for the community.

I've been taking my vehicles here for the last two years, since it is right next to my work. I have had nothing but good experiences and feel confident when I take my vehicles to them, that they will be honest about the work that needs to be done. They have worked on all 3 of my vehicles and done a wide range of work on them. They will let you know what needs to be done and what should be done, but they've never been pushy or tried to oversell unecessary work. The work they have done has been quality and I will continue to take all of my vehicles to their shop. The staff is very nice as well.

I always take my car to Northrich whenever I need anything done to it. I can always trust that if I need multiple things done they will tell me which are the top priority & which I can wait on a bit for in order to save me some money. The owner Rochelle really gets to know & take care of her customers. One time during the height of the pandemic I took my car in for new brakes & new tires & since it was taking longer than expected Rochelle personally gave me & another customer a ride home so we didn't have to wait up there longer. My whole family takes their cars here & they always help us get fixed up! I love how one of the owners is a woman, it really makes me feel supported going her as a woman since a lot of places will judge/scam women into getting unnecessary work done to their cars. I highly recommend Northrich for any car work you need done!!
