The team here at Northrich is a family and never tries to take advantage of their customer’s. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never been disappointed with a single visit. The passion and expertise is top notch. They recently have been under attack by a hacker leaving tons of fake reviews, and for a small family owned business, that is just the lowest of the low. Nothing but 5 stars from me.

If you are looking for a professional, reliable and honest service, Northrich Automotive is the place to go! I took my 2015 Highlander for a body work and maintenance. They did an excellent job fixing a bad scratch on the passenger door. Communication was great and very professional. The job was completed in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the service!
