Catalytic Converter Replacement after a theft

I had a problem with all my doors, handles, wires and fittings coming apart and doors won't open anymore, I call them and they told me "just bring it in" got it all fixed in less than 24 hrs . Rochelle, Mike and Rochells Dad they all very helpful, very pleasant to talk to, THANKS TO ALL OF THEM.

Rochelle is amazing! My Jeep was disabled on a Saturday evening and their repair shop was the closest ones. Thank God. My insurance refused to pay some of the bills, but Rochelle put her super power and got them paid for the bill. Thank you so much!

Brought my truck in with issues to the brakes. They were able to diagnose it quickly, provide me with an estimate, then get it working quickly. Being from out of town, it's difficult to find mechanics to trust. Northrich will always be my shop when I'm here. Thanks Alex and Rochelle!

Rochelle was extremely helpful and nice! They were able to work me in the same day and was able to find the mistake I had made, when trying to work on it myself. Next time I will take it in first instead of trying to fix myself, just to save the headache. The whole team was professional and did a great job! Definitely recommend.

Ran over some foreign object in the road, just came out of nowhere, had to get the bumper back on. Dropped the car off during after hours and car was ready so quick! They also fixed an electrical issues I’d been having with my rear windshield wiper. Everything about the process was seamless. I have confidence when I leave my car in the care of Northrich Automotive!
