Once again Rochelle and the entire staff were great. Upfront about the work that needed to be done and the pricing was very fair. The work was of the highest quality. They kept me informed and completed the work, before the time they promised. Highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Although my vehicle didn’t pass inspection. They were very nice in telling me what they believed the problem to be. I highly recommend.

(Update to original review) We have moved out of the metroplex at the boarder of Texas and Oklahoma and we continue to use Northrich Automotive as our go-to mechanics. We love the small family owned atmosphere and courteous prompt service they provide. From the mechanics, to the front office, to the owner, they are a winning combination and we will continue making the hour drive to see them any time we have automotive needs. They were able to diagnose my check engine light, correct the issue, and have my truck back running as intended earlier than I thought they could. They deserve 6 out of 5 stars! (original review) Very easy to work with and explained everything they were planning to do. As different items presented themselves, Alex and Rochelle called and informed me of the change in the scope of work and discussed options. I have found my new every time mechanic shop! I'm telling everyone I know about this family owned local business. Even during these uncertain times (COVID19) they have found creative ways (cell phone photos) to show items that need attention. I would give them more stars but 5 is max!

This facility has the greatest customer service the owner greeted me and made me feel welcomed. Completed the service when they said they would. Looking forward to continue a relationship for them to take care of my Porsche.

Northrich was responsive, fair, and thorough with my auto body work repairs. This is a task out of my usual reasons to go(I always use them for oil changes, tires rotations..etc.) and they delivered with excellent work yet again. Thanks Northrich team!
